National Coffee Academy, Nepal is providing Barista Training for people with disabilities from the 3rd of January 3, 2022, to the 19th of January 3, 2022. In this batch of inclusive barista training, there are four deaf and four people with other disabilities.

Once they have successfully completed the barista training (which includes preparing at least fifteen of the popular hot coffee drinks and other cold beverages) their skill videos will be shared with prospective employers (mainly the coffee house owners artisan cafes) and the NCA team will hunt a job for them.

Coffee is a social enterprise that can provide young people with hearing impairments, deaf or people with other disabilities to become professional baristas.
