“It’s better to adopt international sign language at least for the 20 most popular coffee drinks in Nepal,” Says Dr. Raj Kumar Banjara, founder of National Coffee Academy (NCA). He added since NCA is running Barista Training for Deaf in a regular manner it’s confusing not only for the trainers but also for the SLIs to create new signs every time they had a new training session. Since coffee is a popular international drink and there must have been so much research and findings on the best way to interpret coffee drinks through signs so why not adapt those signs and make life easier.
